The shot went in right side and stuck in left shoulder so arrow did not go threw. So I did pics from the clean side. Also wiped his nose. Just trying to keep it pretty. Thx for the kind words guys.

It took a while but finally put some meat in the freezer. I want to thank the best tracker I know Dan Murphy for helping find the deer. I would not have been able to even get him into a cart alone let alone drag it out. He is a horse. Good to have "little brothers".

A few days ago I met this guy that manages some land in Maryland and he hunts 12 months out of the year, with shotgun only. He's looking for a couple of good hunters that would hunt like there's no tomorrow to try and decrease the deer population at that location. What you shoot is yours and there's no limit to how many you can shoot. There are certain qualifications that have to be completed before you can even start to hunt and he can explain that to you if you decide to talk with him. Please send me an email if you have any interest. Thanks John

So last week i decided to create an app. that would revolutionize long range bow hunting. 35 minutes and a bottle of Black Jack later I had created the perfect long range bowhunting app. I tested it tonite from my stand. I was watching two does that I ranged at 98 yds. I placed my iPhone on my bow and then drew my bow aiming at the first does heart. I then told the iPhone the range. the angleometer then predicted the correct angle to shoot up in to the sky so that the arrow would drop vertically through the trees and spine the deer. It worked perfectly, spineing the deer and through the heart I then reloaded and test the app. again with the second doe. Again a perfect hit this deer took 3 steps and dropped. I waited 20 min. got down and headed for the deer. As I was approaching at about 20 yds two black objects appeared from the brush. It was those damn vicious miniature french poodles and they were snarling and baring their teeth. I quickly retreated to my stand and now I am going to design an app. that repels vicious miniature french poodles. I have now broken the record held by Dennis of 89 yds (with 3 bank shots). Results are still pending official results from Bone and Cracket.

I'm looking for any nice buck photos that were shot in B'Wine or D'Ville, just the deer alone. Please send them to my e-mail johnadurrell@gmail.com. I'm working on a project that's why I need them. Thank You

No they don't but there is a reason. The land that we hunt was privately owned. The owner was a RC club member and they operated on his land. When the land was imminent domained in the 60's he agreed to the deal if his RC club could remain as is unhindered for 100 yrs. So they do not have to do any of the things we do to operate except maintain their property as is. They built another runway a few years ago and when the AF found out they almost lost their ability to operate.
